SONSHINE PLAYSCHOOL is a non-profit Christian based community playschool which is licensed under the Province of Alberta, and operates out of Rockyview Alliance Church from September to June. Sonshine Playschool is approved for child care

subsidies.

 

Philosophy:

The purpose of Sonshine Playschool is to facilitate the natural unfolding of each child’s potential through the development of the ‘whole’ child. Development is accomplished through the ABC’s of education:

Our program is unique in the sense that children are helped to build their self-worth through the

knowledge that they are special creations of God.

Please note that children must be toilet trained, and 2 years and 10 months of age at the time of admittance.

Class A

4 years of age by February 28 of the year following

Mondays & Wednesdays    (9:15 - 11:15 am)

 

Class B

3 & 4 year-old split class

Mondays & Wednesdays    (1:00 -  3:00 pm)

 

Class C

3 & 4 year-old split class

Tuesdays & Thursdays      (9:15 -11:15 am)

 

Class D - Friday AM Class

3 & 4 year-old split class   (9:15 -  11:15 am)

Open to children in Class A&C only

 

Class E - Friday PM Class

3 & 4 year-old split class   (1:00 - 3:00 pm)

Open to all classes

 

Fee Schedule: 

Registration fee: $25.00/family (non-refundable)

                               

Monthly fees: 

One day/week - $45.00

Two days/week - $75.00

Three days/week - $95.00
