Sound Techs
Description
A Sound Tech runs the sound board and lighting board for our Sunday morning services and other special events. They set up microphones, monitors and other sound equipment and run sound for the worship team during Thursday evening rehearsals. They tear down the platform following Sunday morning services and help maintain sound equipment.
Timeframe
Thursday evening rehearsals and Sunday morning services (four week rotation).
Training
Unless volunteers are already well-versed in running digital sound boards, they will shadow our Sound Techs until they feel comfortable running the sound board by themselves. There will also be Sound Tech Training Events during the year.

Graphics Operators
Description
A Graphics Operator projects lyrics for worship songs, PowerPoint slides and videos to enhance our Sunday morning worship experiences. We use an Mac computer and a program called Pro Presenter. Graphics Operators ensure that the lyrics are set up correctly, and that all slides and videos are imported and ready to go prior to Sunday morning services.
Timeframe
Thursday evening rehearsals and Sunday morning services (four week rotation).
Training
Unless volunteers are already well-versed in running Pro Presenter, they will shadow our Graphics Techs until they feel comfortable running graphics by themselves.
